Fat: 80.13g | Prot: 95.66g | Carb: 148.83g.   Breakfast:  High Protein Meal on the Go Shake - Extra Creamy Chocolate. Lunch:  Meal on the Go Bar - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Dinner:  Churn Style Butter, Finely Shredded Taco Blend Cheese, Light Sour Cream, Mayan multigrain, McCORMICK FAJITAS MARINAD, Steak, Tortilla, Yellow Pepper. Snacks/Other:  4C Light Decafinated Iced Tea Mix.
