Fat: 129.98g | Prot: 165.31g | Carb: 40.49g.   Breakfast:  eggs, hormel bacon, haas avocado, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Fancy Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend. Lunch:  Smoked Pulled Pork Kirkland, Almond Milk Unsweetened, Trader Joe's Soy Protein Powder, Broccoli Florettes. Dinner:  Fresh Spinach, Ribeye Steak, Red Tomatoes, Whole Strawberries, No carb whipped cream, Truvia.
