Fat: 44.39g | Prot: 37.84g | Carb: 146.77g.   Breakfast:  Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Clover Honey, Porridge. Lunch:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), English Mature Cheddar. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Biscuit, Granny Smith Apples, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
