Breakfast: eggs, fat free milk, green bell pepper, nesquik chocolate syrup. Lunch: avocado, baby carrots, honey smoked turkey brt, mustard, plum, romaine lettuce, sandwich thins, tomato, Ultra Thin Sliced Provolone Cheese. Dinner: boneless skinless chicken brt, fat free cottage cheese, Long Grain & Wild Ready Rice, Steamfresh Broccoli & Cauliflower. Snacks/Other: bioactive beverage, blue berries, cherries, fat free milk, FIT REBUILD protein shake, FIT REDUCE fat fsher, FIT RESIST snack bar, grapes.
