Fat: 55.84g | Prot: 64.50g | Carb: 208.79g.   Breakfast:  1% Low Fat Milk, 100% Pure Orange Juice with Calcium & Vitamin D, Honey Nut Cheerios. Lunch:  Coleslaw, Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Catsup and/or Mustard on Bun, Hard Roll, Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Honey Almond Flax, Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Peanut Butter, Twix Minis Ice Cream Bar.
