Fat: 29.11g | Prot: 46.84g | Carb: 144.84g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Waffles, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Substitute (Powdered), Sugar. Lunch:  Peanut Butter, White Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Chicken Thigh Filets, Linguine, Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Bud Light Lime-A-Rita.
