Fat: 31.69g | Prot: 35.82g | Carb: 133.57g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts. Lunch:  Red Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Lowfat Plain Yoghurt.
