Fat: 77.06g | Prot: 86.50g | Carb: 219.06g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon, Margarine, NOS , Sugar, Whole grain bread. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Mayonnaise, Mozzarella Cheese, Salami, Yellow Mustard. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Potato & Cheddar Perogies, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Tzatziki. Snacks/Other:  Chicken Nuggets (6P), Cookie, Fries (Medium), Honey.
