Still at that plateau but at least I haven't gained anything so far in the height of baseball season. (In other words, a lot of meals out.)

Fat: 83.46g | Prot: 91.44g | Carb: 251.09g.   Breakfast:  jelly belly jelly beans, V8 V-Fusion Cranberry Blackberry, Sweet and Salty Nut Granola Bars - Peanut, Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal Quaker. Lunch:  gyro, Home fries. Dinner:  Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Green Peppers, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Ramen Noodle Soup with Beef Flavor, del monte petite cut no salt added, Italian Dry Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Craisins, Cashew Nuts, Dark Chocolate Pomegranate, Banana Chips.
