Fat: 67.04g | Prot: 47.11g | Carb: 92.09g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  English Mature Cheddar, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Lowfat Plain Yoghurt, Milk.
