Fat: 120.34g | Prot: 108.19g | Carb: 283.86g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal Weight Control - Maple and Brown Sugar, Hazelnut Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) . Lunch:  Quinoa , Black Beans, Lettuce Salad with Avocado, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Seasoned Croutons , Balsamic Vinegar, Garbanzo Beans, Edamame (Shelled), Olive Oil , Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Beef Barley Soup. Dinner:  Corn Tortillas, Pulled Pork, Avocados, Red Salsa, Tortilla Corn Chips, Regular Beer. Snacks/Other:  Sweet Cucumber Pickle, Baby Carrots, Pineapple.
