Lunch: Balsamic Vinegar, Beef Barley Soup, Black Beans, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Edamame (Shelled), Garbanzo Beans, Lettuce Salad with Avocado, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Olive Oil , Quinoa , Seasoned Croutons . Dinner: Avocados, Corn Tortillas, Pulled Pork, Red Salsa, Regular Beer, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other: Baby Carrots, Pineapple, Sweet Cucumber Pickle.
