Fat: 73.80g | Prot: 87.94g | Carb: 245.99g.   Breakfast:  fruit, half and half, milk, Post raisin bran cereal. Lunch:  bread, low sodium cheese, milk, peppers/onions, vegetable chicken soup. Dinner:  Fried Ripe Banana, Shoulder Pork Roast, Yellow Rice. Snacks/Other:  pepperidge farm frozen coconut cake, Yellow Corn Blend Tortilla Chips.
