Fat: 73.80g | Prot: 87.94g | Carb: 245.99g.   Breakfast:  half and half, Post raisin bran cereal, milk, fruit. Lunch:  vegetable chicken soup, peppers/onions, bread, low sodium cheese, milk. Dinner:  Shoulder Pork Roast, Yellow Rice, Fried Ripe Banana. Snacks/Other:  Yellow Corn Blend Tortilla Chips, pepperidge farm frozen coconut cake.
