Fat: 26.05g | Prot: 77.37g | Carb: 220.02g.   Breakfast:  Yoplait greek yogurt, Weight Watchers Chocolate Shake Mix, Milk (Nonfat), Coffee, Splenda. Lunch:  Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, light mayo, Turkey, American Fat Free Cheese, Baked Sour Cream Cheddar Chips. Dinner:  Bertolli Chicken Marsala, Sourdough Bread, Pineapple Orange Banana Juice. Snacks/Other:  Banana, 90 Calorie Chewy Granola Bar - Chocolate Chunk, Thin Sandwich Rolls.
