Fat: 26.05g | Prot: 77.37g | Carb: 220.02g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk (Nonfat), Splenda, Weight Watchers Chocolate Shake Mix, Yoplait greek yogurt. Lunch:  American Fat Free Cheese, Baked Sour Cream Cheddar Chips, light mayo, Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Turkey. Dinner:  Bertolli Chicken Marsala, Pineapple Orange Banana Juice, Sourdough Bread. Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Chewy Granola Bar - Chocolate Chunk, Banana, Thin Sandwich Rolls.
