Fat: 34.68g | Prot: 38.54g | Carb: 125.89g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Substitute (Powdered), Sugar. Lunch:  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese (Boxed Mix with Cheese Sauce). Dinner:  Ham and Cheese Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Brownie.
