Fat: 62.85g | Prot: 65.35g | Carb: 223.25g.   Breakfast:  50/50 Bread, Bananas, Buttery, Grapefruit Juice, Tea with Milk. Lunch:  Jacket with Tuna, Mayo, Sweetcorn, Tea with Milk. Dinner:  Beef Gravy, Green Peas (Frozen), Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Roasted Potato, Yellow Sweet Corn, Yorkshire Pudding. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Tea with Milk.
