Fat: 39.94g | Prot: 49.03g | Carb: 228.01g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Boiled Egg, Coffee, Honey, Light, Milk (Nonfat), Multigrain Bread, Orange Juice. Lunch:  Baked Beans, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Bananas, Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free Blueberry Yoghurt, Flake 99, Ice Cream Cones (Cake or Wafer Type), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tea (Brewed), Vanilla Ice Creams. Dinner:  Coleslaw, Cucumber (with Peel), Hummus, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tangy Cheese, Tomatoes.
