Fat: 39.94g | Prot: 49.03g | Carb: 228.01g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk (Nonfat), Multigrain Bread, Bananas, Light, Honey, Boiled Egg, Orange Juice. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tea (Brewed), Fat Free Blueberry Yoghurt, Baked Beans, Cheddar Cheese, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Bananas, Flake 99, Ice Cream Cones (Cake or Wafer Type), Vanilla Ice Creams. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tomatoes, Hummus, Coleslaw, Cucumber (with Peel), Tangy Cheese.
