Fat: 47.05g | Prot: 40.30g | Carb: 135.66g.   Lunch:  Reduced Fat Thin Wheat Baked Snack Crackers, Pub Cheese Sharp Cheddar Soft Spreadable Cheese, Cheddar Cheese Curd, American Potato Salad, American Potato Salad. Dinner:  carraba's seafood cannelloni, sauvignon blanc. Snacks/Other:  Light Beer, miller high life.
