Fat: 29.23g | Prot: 39.96g | Carb: 140.99g.   Breakfast:  Clover Honey, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Porridge. Lunch:  Egg, Red Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Beetroot, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Milk, Multigrain Bread, Multigrain Bread.
