Fat: 97.21g | Prot: 124.99g | Carb: 56.32g.   Breakfast: butter, butter, Cottage Cheese, egg white, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Pepper Jack Cheese, spinach. Lunch: chicken wings. Dinner: Avocados, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, jack cheese, Spicy Ranch Dressing, Tuna in Water (Canned). Snacks/Other: better oats, Diet Mountain Dew, extra gum, Fiber Gummies, Sweet Freedom Ice Cream Lites, Water.
