Dinner:  Golden Savoury Rice, Salmon Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Coca-Cola Zero (Can), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Jelly Babies, Skinny Latte, Sugar Substitute (Herbal Extract Sweetener, Liquid), Water.
