Fat: 145.17g | Prot: 109.10g | Carb: 473.79g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Black Tea Bags, Blueberries, Granulated Sugar, Orange Juice, Peanut Butter, Toasted Raisin Bread. Lunch:  Coca-Cola Classic (20 oz), Coke Zero, Dry or Hard Salami, Snack Cracker. Dinner:  Cinnamon Butter, Coke (12 oz), Dinner Rolls, House Salad, Loaded Sweet Potato, Sirloin (6 oz).
