Fat: 77.05g | Prot: 60.24g | Carb: 80.17g.   Breakfast:  ezekiel, peppers, pork sausage. Lunch:  chicken, olive oil, romaine lettuce, saltine crackers, vinegar. Dinner:  broccoli, Four Cheese Ravioli, olive oil, scallops, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  healthy choice fudge bars, scotch.
