Lunch:  Avocados, Mixed Salad Greens, Pesto Genovese Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Mapo Tofu, Reduced Guilt Brownies, Rice Noodles (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Caffe Latte with Soy (Tall), Cheese Wheels, Mangos, Nectarines.
