Lunch:  Pesto Genovese Chicken Breast, Mixed Salad Greens, Avocados. Dinner:  Reduced Guilt Brownies, Mapo Tofu, Rice Noodles (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Caffe Latte with Soy (Tall), Cheese Wheels, Mangos, Nectarines.
