Fat: 34.28g | Prot: 187.19g | Carb: 80.79g.   Breakfast:  optimum slim cereal, fiber one, strawberry, blueberry, banana. Lunch:  artisan cheese, turkey, saltine crackers, ham deli. Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins, sausage, mix salad. Snacks/Other:  healthy choice fudge bars, scotch.
