Fat: 42.84g | Prot: 47.87g | Carb: 189.55g.   Breakfast:  black coffee, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Thomas bagel thins, Oscar Meyer DeliFresh oven roasted turkey, colby jack slices, artichoke spinach hummus, Dorito's baked Scoops, French's yellow mustard, Great Value dill pickles, Del Monte no sugar added diced pear cup. Dinner:  Lean Cuisine tortilla coated tilapia, Del Monte No Sugar Added mandarin oranges, Sweet Cherries, Bananas, Sierra Mist diet soda, can. Snacks/Other:  pretzel rods.
