Fat: 42.84g | Prot: 47.87g | Carb: 189.55g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, black coffee, Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  artichoke spinach hummus, colby jack slices, Del Monte no sugar added diced pear cup, Dorito's baked Scoops, French's yellow mustard, Great Value dill pickles, Oscar Meyer DeliFresh oven roasted turkey, Thomas bagel thins. Dinner:  Bananas, Del Monte No Sugar Added mandarin oranges, Lean Cuisine tortilla coated tilapia, Sierra Mist diet soda, can, Sweet Cherries. Snacks/Other:  pretzel rods.
