Fat: 59.05g | Prot: 154.59g | Carb: 211.39g.   Breakfast:  Deli Sliced Ham, egg, egg whites, Whole Wheat English Muffin. Lunch:  cottage cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), multi grain bread, Tomatoes, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Chicken Breast, cottage cheese, nabisco wheat thins, Pistachio Nuts, Stir-Fry Vegetables with Noodles. Snacks/Other:  blueberry, cheese, Fuji Apples, milk, Oranges, raspberry, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers.
