Fat: 40.68g | Prot: 28.39g | Carb: 112.87g.   Breakfast:  Chunky Peanut Butter (without Salt), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Banana, Chicken Breast, Onions, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Biscuit, Brazil Nuts, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Milk, Tea Unsweetened.
