Fat: 87.15g | Prot: 251.71g | Carb: 294.72g.   Breakfast:  Kölln Zarte Haferflocken, Magerstufe, Naturjoghurt, Milch 1% Fett, Kaffee, Handkäse Harzerkäse. Lunch:  Cookie, Schnitzel Paniert, Makkaroni oder Nudeln mit Käse. Dinner:  Tunfisch in Eigenem Saft (Dose), Putenbrust Fleisch, Fettarmer Naturjoghurt.
