Fat: 158.26g | Prot: 123.01g | Carb: 186.93g.   Breakfast:  Apple Gouda Uncured Sausage, Bacon, Boiled Egg, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), mix1 acai. Lunch:  teriyaki chicken. Dinner:  bbq brisket, grilled vegetables, tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Macadamia Nuts, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard (Small).
