Fat: 31.75g | Prot: 66.62g | Carb: 192.59g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Cranberries, Pineapple & Cherry Fruit Cup, Quick 1 Minute Oats, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose). Lunch:  Apple Dippers, Fat free Light Banana, Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Tilapia Fillets. Dinner:  Grilled Ranch Snack Wrap. Snacks/Other:  orange, Sugar Free Jello Pudding (Jell-O), Whole Natural Almonds.
