Fat: 54.65g | Prot: 128.14g | Carb: 366.90g.   Breakfast:  biscuit, cheese american, coke, egg, Pork Sausage Patty or Link. Lunch:  ranch dressing fat free, spinach. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Cooked Parsnips (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Green Peas (Frozen), Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Multi Grain Bread, Banana, Creamy Peanut Butter, Honey Nut Cheerios, Jet Puffed Marshmallows, Milk (Nonfat), Wild Maine Blueberry Jam.
