Fat: 47.99g | Prot: 38.70g | Carb: 186.57g.   Breakfast:  milk, sugar, oatmeal quaker, butter, land of lakes fat free half and half, cinnamon, orange juice, brewed coffee, brown sugar, thomas' originak nooks and crannys english muffin. Lunch:  sour dough bread, tomato, mayonnaise kraft, blue diamond bold almonds, wavy lays chips. Dinner:  Talapia fish, butter, mac & cheese, blue cheese potato salad, red wine. Snacks/Other:  sugar, land of lakes fat free half and half, brewed coffee, liquer, chocolate covered blueberries.
