Lunch:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain) , Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Gouda Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Milk, Biscuit.
