Fat: 69.83g | Prot: 214.61g | Carb: 267.94g.   Breakfast:  Karbolyn, Platinum Hydro Whey. Lunch:  Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice. Dinner:  Better'n Eggs, Real Bacon Bits, Egg, Genesis 1:29 Sprouted Grain & Seed Bread. Snacks/Other:  MyoFusion - Delicious Vanilla, Coffee Frappuccino Light (Venti), Oil Popped White Popcorn.
