Fat: 71.34g | Prot: 83.63g | Carb: 223.91g.   Breakfast:  Toasted and Buttered White Bread, Apple. Lunch:  Satsuma, Ham, Tomato, Lettuce, Onion, Cheddar cheese. Dinner:  Tomato soup, Chicken, White bread with butter, Crisps. Snacks/Other:  Grapes, Ice lolly, Chocolate.
