Fat: 71.34g | Prot: 83.63g | Carb: 223.91g.   Breakfast:  Apple, Toasted and Buttered White Bread. Lunch:  Cheddar cheese, Ham, Lettuce, Onion, Satsuma, Tomato. Dinner:  Chicken, Crisps, Tomato soup, White bread with butter. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate, Grapes, Ice lolly.
