Fat: 77.12g | Prot: 53.72g | Carb: 158.21g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Peppermint Mocha Creamer, VIA Ready Brew - Italian Roast. Lunch:  All American Flame Grilled Soy Protein Burgers, Deli American Cheese Slices, Mixed Nuts, Santa Barbara Mango Peach Salsa. Dinner:  Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Brownie with Icing, Peppermint Mocha Creamer, Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine , VIA Ready Brew - Italian Roast.
