Fat: 74.90g | Prot: 105.50g | Carb: 188.03g.   Breakfast:  Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, Chocolate Protein Shake, Almond Butter. Lunch:  Portabella Mushrooms (Grilled), 14" Original Crust Pizza - Cheese. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Potato Hamburger Rolls, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Macaroni & Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Craisins, Light Lime Vinaigrette, Pecan Nuts, Margarita Mix, Dark Almond Promises Chocolate.
