Fat: 74.90g | Prot: 105.50g | Carb: 188.03g.   Breakfast:  Almond Butter, Chocolate Protein Shake, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk. Lunch:  14" Original Crust Pizza - Cheese, Portabella Mushrooms (Grilled). Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Macaroni & Cheese, Potato Hamburger Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Craisins, Dark Almond Promises Chocolate, Light Lime Vinaigrette, Margarita Mix, Pecan Nuts.
