Breakfast: 1% milk, brown and serve lite, Egg, Egg White, splenda. Lunch: watermelon. Dinner: Lasagna with Chicken or Turkey and Spinach. Snacks/Other: chips ahoy, kelloggs fiber plus antioxidants, potato chips, Quaker chewy granola bars, snickers, Soybeans (Mature Seeds).
