Fat: 107.35g | Prot: 99.63g | Carb: 297.19g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, brown and serve lite, Egg, Egg White, splenda. Lunch: watermelon. Dinner: Lasagna with Chicken or Turkey and Spinach. Snacks/Other: chips ahoy, kelloggs fiber plus antioxidants, potato chips, Quaker chewy granola bars, snickers, Soybeans (Mature Seeds).
