Fat: 39.61g | Prot: 32.82g | Carb: 171.85g.   Breakfast:  Brazil Nuts, Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts. Lunch:  Brussels Sprouts (Frozen), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Egg. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Strawberries with Sugar.
