Lunch:  Crock Pot Classics Beef Pot Roast, Organic Unsweetened Applesauce, reduced fat club crackers, water. Dinner:  Complete Meals - Chicken & Buttermilk Biscuits, Mustard Potato Salad. Snacks/Other:  hazelnut chocolate spread, apple, crystal farms string cheese, reduced fat club crackers, great value raspberry lemonade, Elite Gourmet Whey & Casein - Milk Chocolate, Rolo Milk Chocolate Chewy Caramels, Water, Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
