Lunch:  Whole Wheat Sandwich Flats, Valencia Peanut Butter with Roasted Flaxseeds, Frijoles Negros y Jalepeno, Corn Tortillas, Avocados. Snacks/Other:  Sanders sea salt carmels, Sauvignon Blanc Wine.
