Fat: 125.55g | Prot: 125.60g | Carb: 39.03g.   Breakfast:  bacon bits, Butter (Salted), cheddar cheese shredded, eggs, Iso 100, jalapenos, onion, unsweetened almond milk. Lunch:  boneless skinless chicken breast, coconut oil, vegetable oil, zucchini. Dinner:  Beef Steak, Broccoli Flower Clusters, mayonnaise, Mushrooms, Scallops. Snacks/Other:  heavy whipping cream, Smuckers all natural peanut butter, Special Dark Cocoa.
