Lunch:  bread crumbs, Fried Chicken Breast No Coating (Skin Not Eaten), monterey jack, olive oil, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce. Dinner:  bread crumbs, Fried Chicken Breast No Coating (Skin Not Eaten), monterey jack, olive oil, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce. Snacks/Other:  banana, half and half, oreo cookie.
