Lunch:  Cut Green and Shelly Beans, Smart Balance Omega, Uncle Ben's Natural Brown Rice. Dinner:  Chinese Chicken with Brocolli, Crab Rangoon, Diet Dr. Pepper, Fortune Cookie, General Tso's Chicken, Orange Shrimp, Vanilla Ice Milk Cone, White Rice.
