Fat: 25.78g | Prot: 193.63g | Carb: 242.88g.   Breakfast:  Impact Whey Protein, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Oats, Syrup Shot, Egg. Lunch:  Chunky Flamegrilled Chicken Pieces, Oats, Honey, Light Cherry Yogurt. Dinner:  Sweet Potato, Tuna Chunks in Spring Water, Plum (Cooked or Canned), Cottage Cheese Value. Snacks/Other:  Impact Whey Protein, Carrots, Calcium Caseinate, Medium Sliced White Bread, Jams and Preserves.
