Fat: 74.94g | Prot: 53.45g | Carb: 208.38g.   Breakfast:  Quick Cooking Irish Oatmeal, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen). Lunch:  Roasted Vegetable Panini. Dinner:  Cooked Mung (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Fried Tofu, Bean Sprouts, Chinese Broccoli (Cooked), Cooked Eggplant, Ground Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Go Raw Trek Mix, Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Butter).
