Lunch:  Collards, Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli, Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread, Turkey Sausage. Dinner:  Milk (Nonfat), Provolone Cheese, Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread, Hormel Naturals Roast Beef, Miracle Whip Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Bourbon, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added).
