Fat: 112.22g | Prot: 84.82g | Carb: 96.40g.   Breakfast:  Cauliflower (Frozen), Coconut Oil, Ground Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Broiled). Lunch:  avocado, bacon bits, boneless skinless chicken thigh, cucumber, Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette, grape tomatoes, spinach. Dinner:  boneless skinless chicken breast, Crack Slaw. Snacks/Other:  3 Musketeers, gala apple.
