Fat: 125.41g | Prot: 102.95g | Carb: 71.29g.   Breakfast:  coffee, heavy cream, Spanish-Style Sausage Quiche, Atkins Cafe Caramel Shake. Lunch:  celery sticks, pimento cheese. Dinner:  grilled chuckeye steak, tomato, avocado, blue cheese dressing, squash, grilled, sweet onion, red bell pepper. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Nutty Fudge Brownie, Atkins Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar.
