working on removing wall paper from my bathroom...not sure how many calories to add to my exercise log... I guessed 500 calories for 3 hrs....???? smi ...

Fat: 98.66g | Prot: 124.51g | Carb: 24.47g.   Breakfast: bacon, coffee, eggs, half and half, string cheese. Lunch: chicken breast, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, ranch dressing. Dinner: bacon, cheddar cheese, Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: celery, cream cheese, cucumber, egg, mayo, string cheese.
